I was at E3 and attended the UE4 demo, and that demo ran on a GTX680 - straight from the developer. Up close and personal, the UE4 is amazing - crisp, detailed and ran flawlessly on 1 GTX680. I don't think it's that big leap of logic that the Lumionus engine was running on one aswell.

That demo was meant to show off effects and specific things in one manner, just like with UE4. I also don't think that it looks miles ahead of UE4. UE4 engine was presented more professionally, not like a movie trailer.
