Default Why lock the Linux sub-forums?

Why lock the Linux sub-forums?
If this is permanent thing you might as well delete my account as nvnews.net forums is redundant without it!

I apologize.

nV News is currently experiencing a Distributed Denial of Service attack. I hope you understand.

Also, today is my birthday! I'm 52 years young!

Is there an ETA on unlocking the forums?

I mean I'm not demanding anything but right now I'm facing a problem with the newest nvidia linux nvidia drivers (I suspect the same problem exists on windows/freebsd/solaris drivers due to code reusability) and I'm completely unable to use a 800x600 resolution, and you forum is my only support/comms channel to nvidia.

Thanks

Hardly, a group of mindless idiots decided to attack a website which has a forum dedicated to helping Linux users on the basis that people are mindless sheep and decided because someone was frustrated with a certain company clearly everything to do with them should be attacked. Bravo to those idiots.
