As announced here: http://phoronix.com/forums/showthrea...812#post276812.
What happened to these plans, and, will we get informed in any way about that? The instability of this forum gets more painful everyday... |

I suspect NVIDIA wants to move us all to their own forums (the reason for that is that the last time I saw a single NVIDIA engineer here was before these forums went down - i.e. almost a month ago).

Not yet.
It'll take a bit of time I suspect, depending on whether they're doing it in-house or contracting it out. After the hack, they're going to have to put in the effort for extra security testing. I also think they're trying to import the messages from here. |

That's funny. Over in the "official" forums (before they went offline) they were sending Linux users to here ...

I suspect NVIDIA wants to deploy something brand new, thus both forums are kinda dysfunctional now.

It baffles me why Nvidia doesn't use bugzilla.

They do use Bugzilla (or some kind of bug tracker). They just don't want to make it public.

They should really use some double layer system (one public side and one private side). It's really a waste of time to filter this forum for duplicates, over and over again. This is something that should be done publicly.
