I'm currently testing 4.5GHz with 1.25V without any dynamic clock or voltage adjustments, it's at those levels on idle and load. Idle temp is 35C or so and Load (AIDA64 Stress Test with FPU testing) is 67-69C. I let it run for 1.5h and it leveled out at that value, CPU never throttled.

What voltage do you need for 4.8GHz?

I have a feeling that my CPU is above average and I could probably push a bit more but I need 100% stability. I don't want a crash during a 45-70min points race in iRacing! So I probably leave it at 4.5GHz, the testing so far looks promising.
my volt is 1.292 @4.8. And my cpu did 4.6GHz out of the box with dynamic clock and voltage adjustments. I think whit some finetuning 5GHz is possible

I'm probably going to use the old 980X/X58 system as a dedicated Oculus Rift setup. Using the Rift on the Surround Screen system is a hassle. Just need to find a cheap but decent GPU.
WOW!!!!!!!!!! Very nice dude. I envy ya.

Man that Noctua cooler is HUGE!! I knew they were big but after seeing your pics I am blown away with how huge they are. Are they hard to install? and do they weigh much?

They're very big, that's true Weight is almost 1.3kg with the fans. But their mounting system is top notch. Easy to install and rock solid. And it carries the weight without issues.

Compared to my 2kg TRUE 120 Copper limited edition cooler, the Noctua is much safer in place. Yes it's lighter but still a lot bigger.

Just finished installing my Corsair H80i and did a massive cable management overhaul. They aren't the greatest quality pictures. I'll post better ones later. Don't worry about my ghetto-modded Hiper PSU lol.
