Post tv-out and /dev

I have a little request - I was wondering if u could make tvout apart of /dev/ eg. /dev/tvout or something - because I miss a feature, so that I can stream a movie the tvout and still be working on my machine - whilst my wife watches the movie.

If it's not a big hassle - could U try to implement it in the near future ?

Default Agreed

I think this is a great idea. Would make it a lot more attractive to use

You should use a twinview capable videocard (gf2mx, gf4mx, gf4ti or something quadro4 based).

When using twinview you can watch a movie and work at the same time on the pc. Non-twinview cards can't control two devices at the same time.
