The X server is locking up on me with the 5536 drivers.

Here are my specs:
Soltek SL-75FRN2
GeforceFX Ultra 5900

4496 works for me. Both 5536 and 5348 drivers lockup on me.

My caps lock and scroll lock keys flash when X locks up. So it may be a kernel panic. Here's the tail end of some more info:
