Bleem! was commercial, thats the reason why Sony went after them.
And Sony also knew Who they were sueing.

But take ePSXe, for example. Nobody really knows who they are, other than a bunch of nicknames. And it's free.

Then there's the PCSX2 PS2 emulator, it's free, and again noone knows who they are.

So if Nintendo wanted to sue, Who do they sue ? And on what grounds ?

No. Bleem inc. closed down. Sony bought and killed Connectix Virtual GAmestation. A commercial software rendered Psx emulator. The most compatible psx emu of it's time. Now surpasses by the current Free hardware accellerated psx emulators though.
