RH 8 and Nforce from K7N420 Pro

I've been trying to get the sound, ethernet, and graphics card working with my new Linux RH 8. Unfortunately, I have no luck. Can someone please help me on what to do?. I tried to download and install the drivers that Nvidia had provided... but it still doesn't work

MSI K7N420 Pro
AMD Athlon XP 1800+
512 MB DDR
30 G HD

I also have the GEForce 2 installed on one of the PCI slots. I'm not sure if Linux was able to recognize it.. because I can't switch from 1024 x 768 to a higher resolution, unlike in windows where I can.. After I installed the driver for GEForce 2

I can't get the ethernet to work, i guess it's not recognizing it. Because of this, I can't connect to the internet at all. I'm new to this, please help me..

I can't hear any sound too, because my sound card is built in on the motherboard. (NForce from Nvidia)

check my article on rh 7.3 on nForce at http://www.nforcershq.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1031. though it is written for 7.3 you might find it usefull on 8 too.
