Default NVidia Drivers installation and TV OUT configuration

I upgraded my PC from Mandrake 9.2 to Fedora Core 1. That`s because Mandrake was not running stable. I have a MSI based Nvidia FX5200 Graphic card. I`m trying to use a TV out feature under Linux. I am not sure how I must to configure a XF86 configuration file. Most of the options and lines in origininal XF86 conf file do not exist as they`re listed in the installation package readme file. So my request is that can anybody explain, in which order I must to fill a configuration lines for using a TV out and/or Twinview feature.Where I must to fill the values of configuration if the standard xf86 conf file does not have these lines?
I tried to use a nvtv program, but this is not working.
