appendix D + numerous options
I have read appendix D in Redame file is containing numerous options that can be added to the XF86Config file to fine-tune the NVIDIA XFree86 driver, but I don't know in which "section" I have to type these options, what in device section or in module section or other ????

You can put them in the device or screen section. Some people prefer to put it in screen while others want it in device it is all up to you.
