Nvidia Drivers + Debian + Kernel: 2.4.18 + module error!
Hey all, im new to this forum and hopefully i can get some good help..
Im relatively new to linux, and im using debian. I just got help upgrading it through apt-get install to the kernel 2.4.18. (lilo got setup then too).
So once all that was taken care of, i decided to install the nvidia drivers from nvidia.com. Well, during install i get an error...
"ERROR: Unable to determine the nvidia kernel module filename."
Make: *** [selet_makefile] Error 1
And no matter what i do, i cant get this thing to go away...!!!
Any help appreciated... tnx
