Default NVIDIA Driver 5336 and XFree86 4.0.3

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the new NVIDIA drivers to work with kernel 2.6.3. I compiled the module and it built fine. Loading it using modprobe on bootup I then try to start X using startx. As long as I have "nvidia" in the Driver Section of XF86Config it fails complaining about some data object "nvidiaModuleData" missing. Replacing the "nvidia" driver with "nv" gets it back working, but now the glx extension doesn't work and the monitors refresh rate sucks.

Any hint on how to fix this?

Thanks, Paul.
