Default freedesktop server support

I know that this has been asked before but since the recent changes in XFree86 licencing and i'ts support by distros i thought I should ask again.
Will the new freedesktop Xserver implementation be supported?

if not you can always use the xorg project which is basically an improved xfree86, this can also be found at freedesktop.org under software
