Unhappy slackware 9 with kern 2.4.22

Well i got my Biostar M7NCD with has the Nforce2 400 /MCP/MCP-T chipset in it.


Every thing else sem to run good bu the sound in some games...

bzflag,foobillard seems to have sound the plays very fast( not choppy) but like reg sounds
playing at 8x speed.

But if i try to play them ou tof game they sound normal...

I heard that i might need alsa installed or nforce2 drivers for my kernel


any ideas will help

Yes you need alsa and oss emulation enabled.
