Default need help with A7N8X-X LAN and SuSE linux 9.0

I have SuSE linux 9.0 and want to use the nForce2 LAN that is onboard the Asus A7N8X-X. I downloaded http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/n...use90.i586.rpm and installed it using YaST. After this, the LAN device was still not recocnized. Then I tried to install the driver module from this download manually. But that seems to be impossible, because 'insmod -p nvnet.o' says:
nvnet.o: unresolved symbol __netdev_watchdog_up_Ra7000325
nvnet.o: unresolved symbol eth_type_trans_Rd36c0dd3
nvnet.o: unresolved symbol skb_over_panic_R9ee181c3
nvnet.o: unresolved symbol softnet_data_R6d8f9943
nvnet.o: unresolved symbol netif_rx_Rfadb88b1
nvnet.o: unresolved symbol alloc_skb_Rdee41f6c
nvnet.o: unresolved symbol __kfree_skb_Raebda71a
Hint: You are trying to load a module without a GPL compatible license
and it has unresolved symbols. The module may be trying to access
GPLONLY symbols but the problem is more likely to be a coding or
user error. Contact the module supplier for assistance, only they
can help you.
