Angry OpenGL support BROKEN to hell and back under MDK 10

Hello, i just installed the Nvidia driver posted on this forum for my Geforce 4 Ti 4600, The 5341 driver as the 5336 didnt work AT ALL with OpenGL and i was experimenting some.
Ok, here is some basic information about my system

This totally sucks! Under mandrake 10, everything works absolutely brilliant, as long as i dont start anything to do with openGL
I start openGL and everything is a fxxxxxx crawl, glxgears runs at 4 or 5 fps (I used to get over 600 with mdk 9.1)... Anyway, with the 5341 it ATLEAST runs, with the 5336 it WONT run it will just crash my system...
Ive tried almost anything i can come up with
YES! Im using the stock MDK Kernel and i have not modified my X or anything.

any tips?
Ive included my Xfree config and my Xfree log.

Load "dbe" # Double-Buffering Extension
Load "v4l" # Video for Linux
Load "extmod"
Load "type1"
Load "freetype"
Load "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so"
# Load "glx"
EndSection

uncoment the load "glx"
that should take care of it.

Total badness bro!
AFter changing the lines, it not only does not address the problem, but it makes my XFree Server Crash upon starting glxgears!!
Any more fixes?

remove mesa, it is a software opengl interpretation, nividia will use the hardware for speed.

You can check what opengl libs you are using by reading the README file and following the section with

ldd /usr/X11R6/bin/gears

done, Mesa is gone and still lags like a turtle
