I Just got this message (BAD_POOL_CALLER) while trying to shut down WindowsXP Pro.
This is a newly built computer & it has been working fine for a couple days now until this BSOD.

Can someone tell me if this is a hardware or software problem?
Been googling it & some say it is device driver problems & others say Hardware.
Just want to have an idea b4 I boot it back up.

Computer Spec
Pentium 4 3.0c
Aero 4 Lite CPU cooler
Asus P4P800 (Non Deluxe)
Mushkin 2x512 RAM This RAM

Philips 19' Monitor

*Disabled Onboard sound in Bios (using SBLive)
*Using MB integrated Network Card
