Default VIVO & HDTV out for linux

Has anyone had success getting VIVO working under linux? Is Nvidia investing in WDM-like drivers for linux v4l?

I am aware of rivatv, but it does not seem stable and appears to lack support for AMD64 and/or the 2.6.x kernels.

Thanks.
