Default Fedora Core 2 and AMD64 support

I was wondering if there will be an attempt to "deliver" a beta driver for this distros. I am using it on a Compaq Presario R3140US and would like to take the best of my graphics card.
This is the only one distro today which "support" a 2.6 kernel with latest software enhancement that I do need for my job.
The other question coudl be:
- Is there a beta driver for 2.6.5 kernel or 2.6.6 ?

Best Regards,

ps: many thanks for all the Nvidia support to Linux community

Using the patch supplied at www.minion.de for the amd64_1.0-5332 driver should work for you currently.. on FC2.

nVIDIA doesn't deliver or release beta drivers for Linux either -- occasionally a special driver for a specific card gets circulated (like the 4620 driver mentioned in the forum). So, I wouldn't expect one.. we're waiting on a full official release driver -- but you should be able to use what is available already, if not post back your results.

nVIDIA video driver RPMs for Fedora :: see yum repo at livna.org.
