Default using 2 GF4 MX card on same computer to get 2 persons working on computer -- X locks

Hi
I've used an ati rage and a nvidia GF4 on the same computer to get 2 persons works on same time on the same computer (2 keyb, 2 mouses 2 screens). using the local-multi-user HOWTO.
As if was working fine, but the ati had only 1 Mo, I've decided to upgrade the card to a GF4 too. but now, the second X server refuse to launch. no message on display, sometime a Oops in kernel. using strace, I've found that the second card was triyng to use /dev/nvidia0 too instead of /Dev/nvidia1
Is there a way to say X which /dev/nvidia to use ?

$ lspci |grep -i vga
00:0e.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV18 [GeForce4 MX 440 AGP 8x] (rev c1)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV17 [GeForce4 MX 420] (rev a3)

BusID "PCI:1:0:0"
EndSection

VendorName "nVidia Corporation"
BoardName "NVIDIA GeForce4 440 MX"

# Option "NvAgp" "0"

the X log relevant to the second X server was, at end:

(==) NVIDIA(0): RGB weight 888
(==) NVIDIA(0): Default visual is TrueColor
(==) NVIDIA(0): Using gamma correction (1.0, 1.0, 1.0)
(--) NVIDIA(0): Linear framebuffer at 0xD8000000
(--) NVIDIA(0): MMIO registers at 0xD4000000

kernel used 2.6.5-1.rsds.16mdk or 2.6.7-1.sds.23mdk-i686-up-4GB

X: xorg-x11-6.7.0-0.2.11mdk
nvidia drivers used:
6106 5336 5328 4620

$ cat /proc/driver/nvidia/cards/*
Model: GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X
IRQ: 5
Video BIOS: ??.??.??.??.??
Card Type: PCI
Model: GeForce4 MX 420
IRQ: 11
Video BIOS: 04.17.00.52.00
Card Type: AGP

processor: athon XP 2200

$ cat /proc/cmdline
auto BOOT_IMAGE=267i686up4G-1sds23 ro root=305 devfs=mount acpi=off noapic pci=noacpi dumbcon=5

IRQ used are 5 and 11, but cat /proc/interrupts only display nvidia on irq11 ..

If someone want more debugging/info, I can provide more test on IRC

I thought the 'BusID' setting was meant to do that but apparently it doesn't work. Why did you replace the hex ID with a decimal ID by the way? Or is that required for XF86Config?

The busid option is normally seen as a decimal number but in cases that it is obvious it isn't it is interpreted as hex or if you specify it as hex. So both 0:14:0 and 0:0xe:0 mean the same.
