Default /proc/driver directory removed when nvidia driver is unloaded

I would like to mention a small bug in the 1.0-6106 version of the nvidia
linux drivers. I also believe that this same bug was present in the
1.0-5336 versions.

If one unloads the nvidia driver after it was loaded:

modprobe nvidia
modprove -r nvidia

then the entire /proc/driver directory is removed by the
nvos_proc_remove_all() routine, instead of just the /proc/driver/nvidia

We have been using the following change to fix this problem:

--- NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6106-pkg1/usr/src/nv/nv.c 2004-06-23 11:51:51.000000000 -0400
+++ patch/usr/src/nv/nv.c 2004-08-02 15:18:20.887186036 -0400

struct proc_dir_entry *next = entry->next;
+ if (entry == proc_nvidia)
+ next = (struct proc_dir_entry *)0;
if (entry->subdir)
remove_proc_entry(entry->name, entry->parent);
