Exclamation I can't update to 6111

Hello,
I'm running gentoo kernel 2.6.7-gentoo-r11, and I cant update to
6111. I had the same problem with 6106.
Here is portage output, it's the same for 6111.

Code:
>>> emerge (1 of 1) media-video/nvidia-kernel-1.0.6106-r1 to /

-> License accepted.
-> No precompiled kernel interface was found to match your kernel; would you li
   ke the installer to attempt to download a kernel interface for your kernel f
   rom the NVIDIA ftp site (ftp://download.nvidia.com)? (Answer: Yes)
-> No matching precompiled kernel interface was found on the NVIDIA ftp site;
   this means that the installer will need to compile a kernel interface for
   your kernel.
-> Kernel source path: '/lib/modules/2.6.7-gentoo-r11/build'

       If you are using a Linux 2.6 kernel, please make sure
       you have configured kernel sources matching your kernel
       installed on your system. If you specified a separate
       output directory using either the "KBUILD_OUTPUT" or
       the "O" KBUILD parameter, make sure to specify this
       directory with the SYSOUT environment variable or with
       the appropriate nvidia-installer command line option.
ERROR: Installation has failed. Please see the file
       '/var/log/nvidia-installer.log' for details. You may find suggestions
       on fixing installation problems in the README available on the Linux
       driver download page at www.nvidia.com.
Any suggestions?

That happen to me too.. when i recopile the kernel, the installer say me tha i need to do a "make rmproper " in the directory of the kernel.. and when i do that, the installer show me that message too..
Its like the nvidia drivers cant be installed if you had a previous driver of nvidia ??
