Default Strange (Geforce 4 4200)

I installed SUSE 9.1, and used the standard nvidia installer. Everything worked great. After I changed some settings on my windows partition, my Nvidia Kernel module could no longer init. (EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVIDIA kernel module!" Reinstalling coulnt even help it. I did a fresh SuSE install (to simulate the system that my config/drivers where verified to work with). However I still experienced the same problem. This leads me to beleive it was something I did in windows that caused the problem. My Configuration for XFree86 is here:
