Default Problems with NVIDIA nforce MCP Networking Controller and Suse 9.0

I tried to install my NVIDIA Networking Controller in Linux (Suse 9.0) without succes. I did the following:

1. Downloading: http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/n...use90.i586.rpm.

2. Succesfully installing the Paccage by YAST.

Type: NVIDIA nForce MCP Networking controller
Kernel: 2.4.21-171-athlon

What do I have to do or try?
Holger

PS: I attatched the files, but the System did'nt accept .log Files. so I added just an additional .txt
