GLX error

I am having a problem with my GLX, when a GL screen saver starts I get this error...

How do I fix this error?

Install nvidia's drivers as per their instructions, if you have a nvidia card. If you have done this you probably haven't configured them correctly. Make sure the glx module is loaded - check your X config and X log.

Thank you for your advice. I reinstalled it, everything seems to work fine, however, I'm too much of a newb and am not sure what I can do to test all the functions.

A simple test is glxgears, for technical capabilities glxinfo. Having your GL screensavers work would be telling too. The real test is a game demo: think Quake 3 Arena or UT2004
