I'd like to run Maya under Suse but their website said their installer only supports RH9 and Enterprise. I know that it can run under suse I just don't know what I would have to do to get it to work. I am guessing moving the .so and libs around or something if anyone has done this or knows of a website detailing this procedure I would appreciate any feedback.

I know it's possible to get it running under debian, using alien on the rpm's, but never tried getting it to work on SuSE. But I'm quite sure it's possible. For the most part it installs all it's libs into the same directory. Just from a few searches on google for "installing Maya suse linux" pops up quite a few postings on various boards by people who have successfully installed Maya under SuSE.
