Default Error when running nForce drivers installer

I received the error "Unable to load kernel module 'nvsound.o'" when trying to install the NVIDIA audio driver 1.0-0. My kernel version is 2.4.18-14 and I am running Red Hat 8.0. The error message said to make sure that the kernel source package is installed. When I did an "rpm -qa | grep kernel", it showed kernel-source-2.4.18-14 as one of the packages. Help?
