Unable to build Kernal module

I have been having trouble install the following driver under Mandrake 10 Community;
Linux Display Driver - IA32
Version: 1.0-6111

Ive got the source for the kernal installed and i tried to install from out of the X Server, I would appreciate it if anyone could help me, ive pasted the log file at the bottom of this post.
