Unhappy Uh... Am I Missing Something??????

I went to download the nForce driver for Linux and when I click on the link it displays a web page with a bunch of programming code in it. This is the URL:

http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/n...-0283-pkg1.run

I thought this was supposed to download a file to my computer but am I missing something here???

HELP!

Right-click the link and "Save As" that file. Then in a shell in your save directory type "sh NFORCE...run" (got to love tab completion here, saves a lot of typing).
