Default How can I see all of my D3 console settings?

I've been reading a couple of different tweak guides showing different console settings you can change to increase performance of Doom 3, but I'm curious if there's any way to dump the current settings the game is configured for all to a text file so I can just read over and compare to the "tweaked" settings (to see what's necessary to include in my autoexec).
I've tried the conDump [filename] console command, but that doesn't list all the commands and their current settings.
If you're wondering just what commands I'm talking about, look here.

Note sure if this is going to help, but it's worth a try

A complete list of commands and console variables can be written to a text file. First, activate the console and enter "clear". Then enter "list cvars" or "list cmds", which will write a list of all commands or all console variables to the console. The last step is to save the contents of the console to a file, which can be done by entering "condump filename.txt", such as "condump cvarlist.txt" or "condump cmdlist.txt". The files will be saved in the \Doom3\base directory.

Thanks Mike. I had read that before but got it in my head that all it would do was list the cvars, not their individual values.
Do you know if you use an autoexec, then remove it from the \base folder so it isn't executed, do it's commands "stick" (in the DoomConfig.cfg, for example)? I compared the ConDump text files with/without the AutoExec and I only found 6 different values (I have 47 in my AutoExec).
This is why I asked this question; to see if all these values are needed in my autoexec, or if the game already had these set for my system.

If you know the name of the command and want to see what the current value for that command is , open the console and type the command eg: r_displayrefresh, and you'll see the current value for that command.

Or you can just type the first letter of the command and then press the "TAB" key. A list of all commands starting with that letter will show up.

Also, once you remove the 'autoexec' from the Doom 3 base folder, this also deletes all of the commands that you set for the game.

Thanks, Darkoz, I thought removing the autoexec would cause the game to go back to it's default settings for the autoexec commands, but was thrown off by only 6 differences between the console dumps (autoexec vs. no autoexec).
