Garbled screen after monitor off.
Hello, I'm running Mandrake 10. with the 184.108.40.206-5mdksmp kernel. I installed the latest drivers from nvidia, and mostly everything runs smoothly. The only problem I am encountering is when I leave the computer for a while (long enough for the screensaver to turn on and the monitor to turn off... ~15 minutes), when I move the mouse and the screen turns back on, it has nothing but garbled, seemingly random noise. When I move the mouse, I can see a distinct and clear cursor, but nothing responds to clicking input.
I can alt-ctrl-F1 out, then init 3 and restart the the xserver (startx), and then everything runs fine.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
