KOTOR is awsome, It kicks Fable in the nuts and then laughs about it while drinking beers with hot chicks at a bar...

One of my favorite RPG's of all time.

It's set 4000 years before the events in the Star War movies... so no, no stormtroopers, no Bobba Fet

Agreed, it has a great story. The characters have very extensive backgrounds (one of the few games where I felt like I understood every main character) and it has a plot twist that puts "I'm your father" to shame. Ironic that a 3rd party game maker could come up with a better story than the creators of the series

Best. Game. Ever. (In my opinion, at least.) I'm even debating dropping the coin so I can play it on the PowerBook, too.

Indeed one of the finest RPGs ever made. Suggestion: play the game through twice, first as good guy, then all out evil. It's even more fun second time around.

It is a good game for sure (at least I completed it). However it is not literally a good rpg game, more like adventure game in my opinion, the game is so easy you can follow through the story and storm through the game, its only earlier in the game where I found it tough. Good story tho.
