Default FullScreenSize in TV-Out and TVOverScan

Hi some times ago i ask here (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=27314) to get that tv-out only out video not entire desktop when playing video (Like ndivia drivers for WXP).

Can new drivers do it?

What is TVOverScan?. Can i use this parameter to play fullscreen videos in my crt and then see this video at fullscreen in tv?

As I said before you need to use non-clone mode for twinview and then use the xinerama option in mplayer/xine to make the window go fullscreen on the tv.

The tvoverscan option is to make an image fill the tv better. For example there can be black borders around the image which aren't nice. Using overscan you can remove those by sacrificing a small part of the image.
