Unhappy Symbol xf86XvMCDestroyAdaptorRec unresolved!

I try to get TV-out to work with a FX5700 card with xfree86 4.3.0. It works fine when I use only the CRT or the TV-out, but together I get this error:

(WW) Symbol xf86XvMCCreateAdaptorRec from module /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/
nvidia_drv.o is unresolved!
Symbol xf86XvMCDestroyAdaptorRec from module /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/nvid
ia_drv.o is unresolved!

Here is my XF86Config-4:

Question Re: Symbol xf86XvMCDestroyAdaptorRec unresolved!

It seems as if this function isn't available at all in the 4.3 Xserver code. (There are, however, several xf86XvMC-functions in the code.)

Would it be possible to have the nvidia driver compiled against 4.3?

It looks as if 4.0 isn't completely compatible with 4.3.
