Ive just finished playing the demo to Space Interceptor: Project Freedom and it was the most fun ive had in a space flight/combat sim since playing the Wing Commander series, the games played smoothly at 1600 by 1200 with with anistropic filtering set to x16, the games got some very decently detailed scenes and ships in. For anyone thats liked wing commander check this one out.

Hmmm, looks promising...I'll have to dig out my joystick (wherever I put it) and try this out...I haven't played a good space shooter since freespace 2...Thanks for the tip...
