Just rma'd my 5900 golden sample. I had blue lines-bad memory. Well I just got a new one sent from gainward and now i have white lines. Is that bad memory too?

are sure its ur card's fault and not ur mobo's
Try usin another card on the same mobo, if u hav, jus like a bakup card..like tnt2/geforce2/4/mx/..
After that u fell the card is faulty, u should RMA

It could also be your psu. You've stated that it was not the best psu, and it will work with the MX card, because it's not that demanding on the psu...but the higher power card, it would demand more power.
