Default NVIDIA Linux/Unix position available!

OEM SUPPORT ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide software technical support to our OEMs with emphasis on supporting Linux or Solaris operating systems.
-Work cross-functionally with OEM's, software and hardware engineers, sales and marketing to verify, log and track customer reported issues.
-Test our products on OEM specific platforms to ensure compatibility with standard and high-end GUI applications, games, TV output, and video.
-Provide timely and professional communication to various cross functional departments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-Power user of Linux or Solaris operating system.
-Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting PCs, or Laptop systems.
-Solid understanding of PC's at the component level.
-4+ years customer support or software test experience required.
-Good communication skills are essential.
-Proven project leadership experience desired.
-Experience using Windows operating system a plus.
