Trillian user list -> ICQ list

Is there a way to import trillian user list to ICQ?
Or export trillian user list to ICQ/GAIM ?
Gawd, I switched to trillian a year or so ago (it converted my ICQ list) but I deleted my ICQ backups, now I need it for Linux bahhh

I haven't used any other ICQ

I tried it with ICQ 2003a but it did not load my buddy list.
