Arrow A small program to control gfx quality (gpl'ed)

Some may remember my first attempt at this. That was in Java, this time round it is done in straight C making use of GTK2 (so it starts up much faster). For those that don't know gamepick makes it easy to select the visual quality of your game before you start it, and when game runs too slow you can "drop back", reselect and off you go again. It can remember settings for each of your games. Feedback welcome.
