Default Problems with Toshiba laptops + GeForce 4

I have problems using nVidia drivers on my Toshiba laptops similar to that post:

I have Toshiba Satellite 1415-S115 with nVidia GeForce 420 go card.
Linux kernel: 2.4.28-std-up-alt1
Xorg: 6.8.2-alt1.RC1
Linux distribution: ALT Linux Sisypus, 20050101

I've installed version 6629 of nVidia drivers, but the problems still exist.

So, this bug wasn't yet fixed? And would it be fixed in the nearest future?
