Default YAAAAAAY it works!!!! Freakin' Happy AMD64 N00b

This is probably labelled as a pointless thread, but this is decent troubleshooting for anyone that plans to buy an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum board. This took me 3 weeks to resolve; and the final touch comes from OCZ replacing my Platinum Dual Channel Kit with the Revision 2. (Samsung TCCD based) (so a big note; OCZ has the best technical support I've ever dealt with all my life, the RAM works fine, just not in my board, and they still replaced it no questions). Here's basically all I did to get to this point (in this order):

Disabled Fast-Writes
AGP Aperture Size: 64MB
Took off ALL auto-overclocking in the Cell Menu
Took off "NV/ATi Speedup" in hidden BIOS (Shift+F2+Alt+F3 while cell menu is highlighted)
Disabled all unused HDD controllers
Disabled secondary NIC
Really Relaxed RAM Timings (2.6.5.10)
Took off HT

Purchased new power supply (see sig, had thermaltake trupower 480 with 18A or 12v rail)

Disabled DEP bit in boot.ini file
Tried 3 types of Nforce drivers (5.10 works best for me)
Tried 12 different forceware drivers (67.03 works best for me)

Flashed BIOS to latest (v 1.4)
Disabled/Enabled Cool and Quiet

On-board sound, sounds like $H!+, so I went and got an Audigy 2 ZS
Changed PCI Latency (248 seems to work best for me)

Flashed 6800 BIOS to latest (even tried downclocking core - but this does nothing for me)

Finally, I called OCZ and they agreed to replace my RAM with revision 2 ones free of charge (thanks to Saturn for pointing out the RAM issue). And now my system runs AWESOME with timings of 2.2.2.5 and 5x HT.

Thanks to all that helped me resolve this. Now I'm off to play some games.

With my revision 1. OCZ RAM, it would basically give me hex errors after playing any game on running a virtual machine after 15 minutes. Sometimes I even got BSODs. This was a royal pain to actually narrow it down to the RAM, and actually it was more of a guess, I can't believe it, I just played source for 5 hours straight lol. And btw, from experience, wayyyy smoother than my P4 3.0 ghz with the same video card and a gig of ram.

hey circuitbreaker, is your rig stable with 1T? I haven't tried it yet. I mean Prime95 all night type of stable?

Mine is 99% stable, I'd say. The only place Ive seen the problem is in Prime95, and it is after a few hours. It might be resolved since I upped my voltage to 1.55 now. Games and all run just fine for me.
