Amen to that. I use them for a reference only when I need pics and product information. I'll never order from them again.

Yea, a friend of mine ordered the makings of a new pc from them (I never had) and it turned out that the power supply (thermaltake 420) was dead. Completely dead.

We went out on build day and bought one from PCclub so we could at least have fun still.

Ummm...no. Motherboard had a few capacitors loose and hanging. Not good.

CPU wrapped in bubble wrap looked like Newegg had run it without a heat sink.

We were not amused.

I have purchased well over $6,000.00 worth of stuff from Newegg over the past few years, and the only thing I ever had to send back was a set of Geil memory sticks that apparently had issues with my early NForce2 mobo...

If I did not have a Fry's Electronics about 20 minutes from my house, I would still be buying my stuff from Newegg.

I've been using NE for many years and NEVER had
any problem with bad hardware.
I've never had to rma the first thing.

I give NE 2 big thumbs up.

Never had a problem with NE either, But when you deal in shipping the amount of volume they do your going to eventually run into a few dead parts. All in all they are really good, really fast and usually really cheap.
