yes dc rocks, but if bf2 is any good people might be leaving dc, my favourite part of dc, is watching over a flag in a Shilka and destroying anything that moves, and taking out tanks in a Su23 is fun also

Totaly agree

BF1942 was fun but always seemed too irritating to me. BF Vietnam is the same way (only less fun and more irritating).

DC Final is just amazing. Its far from perfect, but its such a huge improvement over the original (game play wise, with graphics and especially sound effects).

I like BF1942 vanilla and the Desert Combat Final mod. Slightly different pace and depends on what mood I'm in.
I also have Joint Ops with the expansion. I've noticed they are implementing some features from Joint Ops in BF2 like the point system. The main thing I want is for BF2 infantry to have smooth aiming. I don't really like the way you look around with the mouse in the BF games, seems like you're rotating on a dime or something, it just feels kind of weird. I heard they are changing that to feel more like 'Quake' which would be good.
I do feel leaning would be a nice feature to have but I'm sure I will be more than happy with the product as shipped for quite some time. Maybe someone will mod the game to be more realistic. I like a variety of pacing.

I so hate leaning in MOH its not funny, I wish they had made it so you can only lean when still. It just sucks playing some dude who is useing a lean bind and leaning around you like an idiot and cant get a straight shot on him even and worse when the whole next team has lean binds on.

In real combat, I think people lean though.

Mmm, bad feeling about this. Why for heaven sake no 'leaning'?

If I see another game with a BUTTWAD running and leaning I will go nuts.

What does MOH have to do with BF? It's a completely different style of game. MOH is quick PvP deathmatch just like CoD is and involves medium sized maps which you run around. BF is large sized maps which requires a coordination of team forces, strategy and extensive use of vehicles. I don't see the similarity you were trying to create.
