probably sounds like a stupid question, but, did you install the most recent SIS AGP driver? Not trying to be smart or nothin', hehehe . Set graphics acceleration under windows properties to full also, umm... don't know where I found it, but when I looked, it was already to max.

good good, I was just about to suggest that you throw that GF2MX away and toss in a trusty S3 virge

Default DANG!!

BAck in my duron 950 days with a VIA KM133a chipset, my EVGA MX400 was scoring 2700!! That's too bad about your SiS chipset hating that config... I did a lot of TV gaming back then (my first tv-out excursion), and the MX400 really got me by as I used 6x4 & 8x6 regularly, which the card didn't seem to mind...

Sell it on [h]ardforums for $35 and score a gf2GTS/ti for $45... That would be an awesome $10 investment...

Good luck!!
