can you please post your X.org/XFree86 conf (/etc/X11/xorg.conf or /etc/X11/XF86Config-4) + logs (look in /var/log)?

Hi,

from that log, it finds the glx extension and loads it ...

Your problem is this:
Section "Extensions"
Option "Composite" "Enable"
EndSection

composite disables glx. It is even in the readme

EDIT:
if you want GLX+Composite you need this option in the nvidia-driver section:
Option "AllowGLXWithComposite" "True"

Your problem is this:
Section "Extensions"
Option "Composite" "Enable"
EndSection

composite disables glx. It is even in the readme

Option "AllowGLXWithComposite" "True"
Thanks it works now
