System crashes after ~10 min.

First of all, as you will soon see Linux is not my strong side (neither is English), so please be patient with me. I'm stupid.

My card is Riva TNT2 M64, and Debian (sid) is my distro'.
My problem is I can't do much with it. After about 10 minutes my system freezes, nothing respondes and I must push the litle black buuton at the bottom.

This happanes with kernels 2.6.8-2 & 2.6.10-1 with the 7167 drivers.
Iv'e also tried the 6111 with the 2.6.8-2 kernel, same result.
the worst part is that I have no idea what causes this problem, the X log file shows nothing wrong. I included it anyway maybe I am missing something.

Please help me, I can't live another day without tuxracer.

But I am sorry. I cna´t help you with your screenfreezing-problem. I got the same. I solved the problem by using an old version (5336), but it´s really just enough for Tuxracer or Quake3.

Those links both point to your X config.

There are other logs in /var/log/ you can look for clues. If you have keyboard control, those magic sys-req keys, you can sync your disks for later inspection. The kernel docs explain this.

Check your ram with memtest86 - especially if you use AMD.
