Default Using the nvidia driver kernel module accros various kernels.

Hello all, I was wondering if it is possible to have multiple kernels with the driver installed, instead of having to install the driver each time I boot with a different kernel. What I mean is to leave the kernel-side module in place and then just build a new one for the new kernel. This makes things easier for comparison/benchmark purposes across a variety of kernel patches, for instance, and way easier to fall back to a previous kernel if need be.

Is this possible? If so how?

Thaks!.

You can add kernel modules for new kernels to existing NVIDIA driver installations with the `nvidia-installer` -K,--kernel-module-only option.
