Default FC3 & tv-out = X: client 1 rejected from local host

Hi,

I wanted to configure tv-out in my GeForce 2 Ti. I installed latest (1.0-7167) binary drivers and they seem to work. Based on tutorial from http://www.gmpf.de/index.php/NVidia:TV-OUT I configured tv-out and I'm able to run second X server which is displayed on my TV. Problem is when I want to open some apps on tv screen.

I set up X's:
Code:
[szpak@szpak szpak]# X :1 -layout tv
End try to open xterm on it:
Code:
[szpak@szpak xserver]$ DISPLAY=:1 xterm
Xlib: connection to ":1.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

xterm Xt error: Can't open display: :1
In xorg.1.log I see:
Code:
AUDIT: Thu Mar 24 21:27:55 2005: 3857 X: client 1 rejected from local host
Earlier I called:
Code:
xhost +
I've found many infos about this problem, but no one helped me

Do you have any suggestions?
Marcin

At least with my setup...
When I set windows to open on my secondary display, I use export DISPLAY =:0.1
So possibly for you ... X :0.1 -layout tv

Thanks for reply, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
But in meantime I solved my problem. After hours reading manuals I noticed that "/etc/X1.hosts" with "localhost" or "local:" allow to open applications on another X server. What is strange, in the same manual is info that "host +" should make it too...
