Default nvidia-settings lost after dpms off/on

Hello,

I have tweaked my settings and saved them as /etc/nvidia-settings-rc. In my Gnome session startup script, the following command is triggered:

nvidia-settings --load-config-only --config=/etc/nvidia-settings-rc

When I log in, the settings are applied properly, as expected. However, when the screen goes in DPMS mode off, and then on again, they are lost, and I must execute the command manually to get my settings restored...

Did I miss something? What can I do?

Thanks in advance.

Dominique

I have the same problem, so any help would be appreciated.

I'm using MythTV 0.17 and when I restore the screen after it is switched off via DPMS, nvidia-settings returns to its default values.

Anyone with a solution or work-around

Thanks
