Default problem installing nVidia Riva TNT2 model 64 with FreeBSD 5.3?

Hi,
I've installed FreeBSD 5.3
i want to install nVidia TNT2 Model 64 driver for fbsd
i downloaded driver from http://download.nvidia.com/freebsd/1....0-7174.tar.gz
but when i tar it and install by # make install , it's error :

ld: nvidia_ctl.o : No such file or directory

Someone can help me , PLS
